چکیده

The vernacular students will now obtain a practical training in pharmacy, hospital details, and clinical medicine and surgery, which they have never had the opportunity hitherto of receiving. We augur the-best results from the change which has now been accomplished, and believe that the " Vernacular Licentiates" who will now issue from the new vernacular medical school will be more thoroughly and practically trained than has hitherto been possible.
